  • Formulate, revise, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures related to quality issues.
  • Ensure advanced proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Electronic Health Record (EHR) and actively seek out training and continuing education in agency processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in nursing.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active, unencumbered RN or LVN license required.
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
