Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve surgical services performance and patient satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of surgical services professionals to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of surgical services.
- Monitor and analyze surgical services data to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to surgical services staff to promote professional growth and development.
- Ensure adequate staffing and resources to meet the needs of surgical services.
- Develop and implement plans to improve patient safety and reduce surgical complications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of surgical services.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in surgical services leadership or management.
- Proven track record of improving surgical services performance and patient satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement evidence-based solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
