Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve surgical services performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of surgical services professionals to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of surgical services.
  • Monitor and analyze surgical services data to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to surgical services staff to promote professional growth and development.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and resources to meet the needs of surgical services.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient safety and reduce surgical complications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of surgical services.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in surgical services leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of improving surgical services performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement evidence-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
