Senior Account Executive Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the Building Automation industry. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing key accounts, and fostering business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts through proactive account management strategies.
  • Drive new business development efforts by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the market.
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding junior sales team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and forecast sales projections.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, and business development within the technology sales sector.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in warm calling techniques and building lasting client relationships.
  • Leadership skills to mentor junior team members and lead strategic sales initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for efficient sales tracking and reporting.
