Consumer Loan Specialist I

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Loan Specialist I to join our team at Digital FCU. As a key member of our Consumer Lending department, you will play a critical role in providing analytical support and lending strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize statistical data and analysis to make recommendations for lending strategies and enhance loan queues to manage volume and other matters.
- Assist with system maintenance and upgrades, including testing, internal communications, and deployment.
- Make recommendations to improve Consumer Loan processes and work towards a consistent high level of excellence.
- Perform a variety of additional duties, including testing for systems upgrades and completing daily reports as requested by Management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Multi-task oriented with the ability to work quickly, accurately, and with attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
- Previous experience working for a Financial Institution, preferably in a consumer lending department.
- Previous systems testing/QA experience.
