The Sales Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between customers, territory managers, and sales management teams. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive results and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales performance through suggestive and persuasive selling
- Process orders and provide administrative support to territory managers and sales management teams
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Leverage proprietary US Foods systems and tools to quickly and accurately answer customer inquiries
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- At least three years of previous customer service experience required
- Food service distribution experience preferred
- Competitive hourly rate between $16.00 and $25.00 per hour
- Overtime compensation
- Benefits package including health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, and paid time off
