Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their self-storage needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience.
    • Meet monthly sales goals and metrics by effectively promoting our services and products.
    • Conduct regular property walks to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
    • Work independently and as part of a team to rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, and process payments.
  • Property Maintenance:
    • Perform daily property walks to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
    • Conduct light maintenance tasks, including cleaning units and facilities, changing light bulbs, and performing other tasks as needed.
    • Ensure the facility is well-maintained, including landscaping, parking, and paving.
Requirements
  • A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work Saturdays.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation.
