Job Summary

Nex Level Behavioral Health & Addiction Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our team of mental health professionals. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, including Mental Health Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient Services, and PEER Center Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing effective coaching and guidance to support their professional growth and development.
  • Establish and implement clinical audit functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our mission and vision.
  • Support therapists by leading groups or managing a small caseload, maintaining clinical expertise and leading by example.
  • Implement performance evaluations and create opportunities for feedback to optimize team performance and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health and substance use treatment, providing educational opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team.
Requirements
  • LPCC-S or LISW-S license in Ohio.
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health and substance use treatment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Work Environment

The Clinical Director will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines and equipment, and will have the flexibility and willingness to adjust their schedule occasionally to accommodate programmatic needs.
