About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Alumni Relations Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and personal success of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect students to on and off-campus resources to ensure academic and personal success.
  • Design a curriculum that enhances leadership, academic and career exploration, development and success for Scholars and Alumni.
  • Direct students to leverage campus-based and other provided resources beyond the scholarship funds provided.
  • Provide additional programmatic/administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant program coordination experience.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Previous experience supporting students is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Products (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
About the Position
  • $28/hr-$32/hr, depending on experience.
  • Temporary for 1 year.
  • Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site.
  • Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
