We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team in Rogers, AR. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying documentation, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate packing of pharmacy products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sorter by removing full totes, replenishing empty ones, scanning totes and locations, and rearranging units for optimal fill rates.
  • Prepare and verify receiving documentation, process and scan products, use software to track inventory, unload products, organize inventory for production, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by removing damaged or expired items, resolving discrepancies, reporting inefficiencies, and performing basic equipment maintenance.
  • Complete tasks using company policies and resources, work with managers and colleagues, prioritize assignments, communicate progress, and adapt to changes.
  • Accurately pack pharmacy products, manage temperature-sensitive medications, stock packing supplies, use carrier software for shipments, and verify paperwork for pickups and deliveries.

Additional Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
