About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front line support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations.

Job Summary

The Customer Experience Specialist provides first contact resolution and ensures a seamless customer interaction experience within the location. This role involves handling and resolving customer issues at the counter with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides customer service that is above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
  • Responsible for first contact resolution and the customer interaction experience within the location
  • Handles and resolves customer issues at the counter
Requirements
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales
  • Rental car experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and leadership skills
Salary and Benefits
