Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at The Wyant Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives by providing exceptional customer service and supporting their insurance needs.
You will be working closely with our team to develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs. Your primary focus will be on providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, using a customer-focused needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Customer Education: Use a customer-focused needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Lead Generation: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Critical Skills: Ability to resolve complex customer issues, excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, people-oriented, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to multi-task.
- Licenses: Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commissions of $5,000-$15,000. Additionally, we provide benefits such as Major Medical, Dental/Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, 401k, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Vacation, Company Cars, and a Hiring Bonus.
