Role SummaryThe Certified Teacher will collaborate closely with the Academic Team to ensure the safety and well-being of students during their academic engagement. This position involves conducting classes from Monday to Friday, with responsibilities including:
- Developing lesson plans and instructional materials for assigned subjects.
- Assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Implementing and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEPs) as required.
- Maintaining accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Participating in ongoing curriculum development and professional training.
- Supervising teaching assistants and collaborating with the academic leadership.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Certification as a Teacher for K-8 or High School content is necessary.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience.
- New Hampshire Department of Education certification is required, along with two or more years of instructional experience.
