Product Marketing Director

ADP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Craft and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audience across different segments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, product management, sales ops, business unit and corporate marketing teams to ensure successful launches with a clear and cohesive marketing plan.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
- 10+ years of product marketing experience (B2B, B2C) – demonstrated experience from a successful growth start up, accelerator or corporate venture capital firm.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful client marketing programs and driving growth for portfolio companies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to influence leadership.
- Deep understanding of the buyer journey, partner channel, sales cycle and product lifecycle to drive growth and revenue.
- Strong self-starter, with a commitment to learning.
