Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, aligning with our business objectives and growth targets.
  • Define and articulate compelling value propositions for our product portfolio, highlighting unique benefits and differentiation in the market.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product development, marketing, and creative teams to bring new products to market, ensuring seamless integration of product positioning, messaging, and creative assets.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and consumer research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights, leveraging data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Drive product lifecycle management, from product conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver against business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media, to drive product awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies and tactics based on performance insights.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in consumer goods, beauty, or wellness industries.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the supplements and beauty categories.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product development, marketing, and creative teams to bring products to market.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
