Job Description:

As a Recon Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety before they reach our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and possess a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Perform detailed reconditioning tasks, including cleaning, detailing, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of vehicle reconditioning.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Recon Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
