We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientific Data Lead to join our team and contribute to our mission of making a difference in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project development and coordination of technical activities and client operations.
  • Review data associated with product impact assessments, department reports, and technical evaluations.
  • Perform data review of scientific investigations (EOE & DNF).
  • Coordinate data entry/collection and review assignments.
  • Manage data entry process into electronic systems (Excel, PRIMR, databases).
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs; report any quality or other anomalies.
  • Participate in required training activities.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, support, and monitor team performance through quality metrics while ensuring client deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with client contacts to communicate status of deliverables, determine priorities, and set timelines.
  • Set individual and team goals to develop the scope of work and responsibilities of the team.
  • Manage time off and payroll entries of the team.
  • May participate in new hire interviews.
  • Support the on-boarding process of new employees.
  • Participate in training of other employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Preferred major in Life Sciences, mathematics, or related discipline.
  • Leadership experience in a professional setting is required.
  • Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment/ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: $58,400 - $61,600 per year.
