Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at Toyota of Murfreesboro. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
  • Receive and process customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Calculate customer bills using our dealership's computer system and issue receipts accurately.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed.
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures to provide efficient assistance to customers.

Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours on weeknights and weekends.
  • Ability to communicate customer interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel.
  • Professional personal appearance and a clean driving record.
