About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer to join our team at Penske. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and safe for them to drive away.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are completed
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates
  • Build skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs, such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs
