POSITION SUMMARY
Wall Street Prep, a leader in financial training established by seasoned investment bankers, is seeking a dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis Instructor. Our programs are designed to equip finance professionals and students with essential skills that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the financial services sector.

The selected candidate will take on the role of a primary facilitator for live classroom training sessions focused on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This position offers the chance to collaborate with diverse client groups, enhancing their financial acumen and career readiness.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to refine your presentation and public speaking abilities, bolster your reputation as a thought leader in finance, and broaden your professional connections within the financial services landscape and Corporate America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead FP&A training sessions at various educational institutions and corporate entities.
- Successfully complete the WSP Train-the-Trainer Program within the designated timeframe prior to leading classroom instruction.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in FP&A within a financial services firm or a Fortune 500 organization.
- A strong passion for teaching, coupled with extensive knowledge of finance and FP&A, particularly in budgeting and forecasting.
- Preferred experience of 2-3 years in Big 4 public accounting.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with data visualization tools such as Adaptive Insights, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
- A desire to impart finance knowledge to enthusiastic and talented learners.
- An MBA from a prestigious business school is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability for training sessions during weekdays and weekends as required.
- Commitment to conducting a minimum of 30 days of training annually.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
