Roku is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our Corporate Financial Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and managing Anaplan, our financial planning and reporting tool. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a key expert user and administrator of Anaplan, providing primary support to the broader FP&A team.
- Maintain data integrity across systems to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Create reporting templates, dashboards, and other visualizations to provide insights to stakeholders.
- Manage integration and refresh cycles to meet user needs, with a focus on close and forecast cycles.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead efforts to simplify and automate reporting processes.
- Develop and support ongoing user training to ensure all functional users understand Anaplan capabilities.
- Perform ad-hoc modeling, analysis, and reporting as required.
- Minimum B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive work experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, process management, and data modeling.
- 2-4 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, with a strong background in budgeting and forecasting.
- 3+ years of direct experience with Anaplan or a similar cloud-based financial planning/reporting tool.
- Anaplan certified model builder or solution architect.
- 2+ years of developer experience with Tableau or a similar BI tool (preferred).
- Strong understanding of core FP&A processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
