Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at The Building People. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project remains on track and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects, working with business stakeholders, and gathering requirements from clients.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, with the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification: Preferred but not required.
