Overview

Amyx is looking for a skilled Program Manager to provide support for our DISA client. The role will primarily be based at the Amyx Office with occasional onsite visits.

Key Responsibilities

The Program Manager will possess extensive expertise in planning, directing, and overseeing project operations. This position requires proficiency in researching and implementing innovative technologies.

In this role, the Program Manager will be responsible for executing productivity and management processes, including quality assurance, progress/status reporting, and program evaluations.

The Program Manager will also need to deliver centralized administrative, clerical, and documentation support.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge in project planning, direction, and management. Proven experience in researching and deploying new and innovative technologies is essential. Experience in procuring IT hardware and software is also required. The candidate should have a strong background in task order management and leadership, including employee performance management, training, and report generation. Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and supervisory skills are necessary.

Experience in establishing and enforcing work standards, managing contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating organizational policies, purposes, and goals is critical.

The ability to convey accurate information is essential.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must possess a Top Secret Clearance and be SCI eligible.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field is required; a Master's Degree in an IT-related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Program Management.

Certification Requirements:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification, and DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) level II certification.

Desired:
5 years of experience with DISA/DoD is preferred, along with 5 or more years of experience in IT Program Management within the DoD environment.
