Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join a school district in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess and treat students with communication disorders, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and parents for effective student progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver speech and language therapy in individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous school experience is preferred, but not required.
