  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Certified Fellow (CF)
  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care settings
  • Knowledge of anatomy related to speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions
  • Strong case management skills to coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
