Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Live Host Recruiter to enhance our creator community. This role involves conducting live sessions on Y-Planet's TikTok account to attract new creators.
Compensation:
The Live Host Recruiter will receive an hourly wage along with commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Recruitment Events: Organize and host live recruitment sessions on Y-Planet's TikTok account to engage potential creators and highlight the advantages of our platform.
- Creator Outreach: Identify and connect with prospective creators who resonate with Y-Planet's mission, emphasizing diversity in talent and content.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both current and prospective creators, nurturing a supportive community.
- Educational Initiatives: Create and deliver informative content to educate potential creators about Y-Planet's platform, its features, and growth opportunities.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of live events and recruitment strategies, making necessary adjustments for improved outcomes.
- Collaborative Efforts: Partner with marketing and talent acquisition teams to ensure recruitment strategies align with the company's broader objectives.
- Feedback Mechanism: Collect insights from creators to better understand their needs and enhance the recruitment process and platform experience.
Qualifications:
- Location: Candidates must be based in LA, CA, or be willing to relocate.
- Experience: A background in E-commerce, digital marketing, social media management, or related fields is preferred, with a solid grasp of online content creation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging audiences in live environments.
- Networking Proficiency: Strong skills in networking and relationship-building, with an aptitude for identifying and connecting with potential talent.
- Creative Thinking: A creative approach to developing engaging and informative content for recruitment activities.
