Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and manage live streaming platform creators, establishing and maintaining good collaborative relationships to expand our creator network.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, recruit, and retain top talent in the live streaming industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including streamers, agents, and other industry professionals.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the operation models and creator collaboration processes in the live streaming industry, with related work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a good sense of business.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Spanish.
Compensation:
Monthly salary starting from $10,000 USD, based on commission.
