Compensation:
$5000 plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage TikTok live events, content operations, and promotional activities to enhance audience growth for designated TikTok accounts.
- Develop and implement online campaigns for creators aimed at increasing revenue.
- Evaluate operational metrics, gather user insights, and consistently improve operational strategies and approaches.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in TikTok live broadcast operations with a solid grasp of live streaming strategies.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and a deep understanding of social media dynamics, including user behaviors.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills, along with strong market awareness and strategic planning abilities. Must be receptive to innovative methods.
