Position Overview

The Client Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the intake process for clients seeking ABA therapy. This position demands exceptional time management skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude towards adaptability.
Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement and Support
  • Establish initial connections with clients and foster strong relationships with their families.
  • Guide families through the diagnostic process while maintaining supportive communication.
  • Handle a high volume of interactions with both new and existing families awaiting diagnosis.
  • Ensure thorough follow-up on all logistical communications from the initial contact to the completion of assessments.
  • Assess client needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in relevant systems throughout the intake process.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Secure necessary signatures on start-of-care documentation.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of Initial Assessment appointments with families in collaboration with Operations and Clinical teams.
2. Project Participation
  • Engage in significant projects and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives and processes.
3. Adherence to Centria's Code of Conduct, policies, and applicable Federal and State regulations.
4. Obligation to report any violations of company policies or the Code of Conduct.
Compensation

$25.00 per hour
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales and/or Healthcare
Experience
  • Two to three years of experience in inside sales or phone-based roles.
  • Proven success in sales conversations and presentations.
Technical Skills
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with laptop/desktop PCs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet).
Competencies
  • Ability to follow written guidelines.
  • Proficient in using computers and software applications.
  • Strong expressive and receptive communication skills.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Proficient in PC software, particularly word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with various stakeholders.

Work Environment
  • Standard office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Additional hours or schedule adjustments may be necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
Physical Requirements

This role may involve physical activities such as bending, reaching, lifting, and moving items up to 30 pounds. The position primarily requires sitting, with occasional walking and standing. Close visual acuity for computer screens and the ability to analyze data are also necessary.
