  • Project Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of site inspections, including photographs and notes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and report any quality control issues or concerns, and work with project teams to develop and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in construction management or civil engineering technology preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction projects, with a strong background in quality control and assurance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction standards and design criteria, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites and stay out of town for extended periods.
