Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Seacoast 5151 Condominium Association. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Suite, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000, taking into account industry standards and location.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  2. Delivering exceptional customer service is vital.
  3. Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally.
  4. Maintaining a clean and organized appearance in public areas.
  5. Supporting Unit Owners/Residents with their requests.
  6. Handling maintenance payments efficiently.
  7. Following up on tasks assigned by the Manager.
  8. Contributing to Account Receivable collections.
  9. Processing invoices in a timely manner.
  10. Coordinating meetings for the Office Manager.
  11. Ordering office supplies as required.
  12. Maintaining office equipment.
  13. Updating the database with new contacts.
  14. Sending notifications when necessary.
  15. Filing documents as required.

Minimum Requirements: 2-5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant.
