We are seeking an Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Malace HR in Miami, FL. The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office spaces, including setting up and maintaining spaces for events and meetings.

You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external visitors, manage front of house services, and direct incoming queries. You will also maintain and update daily records of space and room bookings, as well as up-to-date event calendars.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, be organized, and able to work effectively with other team members. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma or GED, and 5-7 years of experience is required. Experience in reception, concierge, or related fields is preferred.
