Job Description

As a Regional Marketing Manager for the Americas, you will play a critical role in driving demand and maximizing revenue for Microsoft products through Device Partners. Your focus will be on Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Office/Microsoft 365, and other priority lines of business.

You will lead the marketing partnership strategy and engagement with DPS Partners, driving high return on investment and transformational campaigns to support product and sales goals. This role will activate Windows 11 and achieve revenue through modern marketing tactics in collaboration with partners, contributing to digital transformation and delivering a modern workplace experience for customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning land marketing investments To & Thru Partner(s) as per fiscal Business Priorities. You will articulate business goals for marketing activities, coach and support partner(s) to successfully plan & execute full funnel marketing, and measure Business Outcomes of marketing activities.

You will also be responsible for understanding the full funnel campaigns of partners & interjecting the ideal marketing mix for Microsoft benefit. You will prioritize measurement of business impact on marketing activities (key performance indicators) + investments (return on investment [ROI]), build & share best practices/learnings, and ensure guidelines of privacy, brand, funding, statements of work/contracts, proofs of execution are followed.

This role requires you to be the subject matter expert for funnel creation & conversion activities (like Events, etc.). You will own executive engagement on marketing, plan marketing activities rolling up to Shared Success Plan (SSP), and embody our culture and values.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the multi-billion-dollar Modern Workplace business. The role is in Austin, TX and is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
