Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager at PERI is responsible for driving market share growth and maximizing revenue within a designated territory. This role involves leading and developing the sales team to achieve segment-specific revenue targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within our scaffolding sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on market share growth, including sales resource planning, revenue forecasting, and growth across business models.
- Provide leadership and coaching aligned with PERI's mission, values, and leadership principles, setting clear expectations and performance goals for the sales team.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly individual and team targets and objectives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one and group sales reviews to steer, coach, motivate, and develop sales team members.
- Ensure all financial, compliance, and contractual requirements are met, actively minimizing PERI's risk exposure.
- Engage with customers regularly to review satisfaction levels, address conflicts, and evaluate the team's performance.
Requirements:
- A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A demonstrated track record of developing and leading high-performing sales teams within competitive construction and/or manufacturing sales business-to-business environment.
- Advanced understanding of PERI's sales process, scaffolding/formwork construction and/or manufacturing project lifecycles, contract terms and conditions, and B2B business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey information and communicate to various levels of an organization.
- Understanding of the construction and/or manufacturing industry and market potential within assigned geographical area in addition to advanced knowledge of PERI's products, services, and solutions.
