Regional Property Manager

Dominium is a leading affordable housing development and property management company with a mission to create quality, affordable homes and engage with residents to build a strong sense of community and connectivity. We're seeking a motivated Regional Property Manager to join our team and help drive growth and profitability in our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive net operating income growth
  • Identify and resolve physical issues and develop effective marketing solutions
  • Recruit, train, and develop site staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure accurate and complete reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Visit properties to inspect physical appearance and performance
  • Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium
  • Plan and coordinate exit strategies for properties when sold or management is terminated
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in overseeing a portfolio of six or more affordable properties (2+ years of experience as multi-site supervisor required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong sales leadership experience, including sales training, goal setting, and performance management
  • Thorough knowledge of Tax Credit, Lease-up, and Project-Based Section 8 properties
  • Strong experience with compliance, file audits, and file approvals
  • Strong reporting, analytical, budgeting, problem-solving, and supervisory skills
  • Prior Yardi software experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
