About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Supervisor - Guest Experience Manager to join our team at RMC Resort Management. As a key member of our resort management team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a wonderful time while visiting Hilton Head Island.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the check-in process and provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Communicate with guests prior to check-in and ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable stay
  • Work closely with our vendors and maintenance team to resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay
  • Lead and mentor a small team of associates to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • 3+ years of customer service experience and/or experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
  • Able to work full-time in Hilton Head, SC
