About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Digital Assets and Ecosystems strategy in Europe and the Americas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the effective management and prioritization of our Digital Asset strategy in these regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Assets Strategy: Work closely with the Global Head of Digital Assets and regional leadership teams to develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Assets strategy for Europe and the Americas.
  • Market Opportunity Identification and Prioritization: Identify and prioritize market opportunities for Digital Assets in the region, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across business lines and functions to coordinate executions and establish the appropriate design for delivery of Digital Asset Capability.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for E&A in identifying and prioritizing the commercial opportunity for Digital Assets for the region.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Simplify complicated ideas into actionable, measurable pieces and communicate those ideas to key internal and external stakeholders to generate buy-in.
  • Project Management and Collaboration: Drive support and collaboration for projects at all levels (senior and junior to you) and bring others on the Digital Assets journey.
  • Tool and Process Development: Contribute to the development of tools and processes for the group, such as Cryptoasset Admission and Digital Assets Higher Risk Framework.
  • Technology and Operations Collaboration: Collaborate with Technology and Operations functions to ensure appropriate frameworks and operational infrastructure are in place.
Requirements
  • Market Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrated market knowledge of Digital Assets, Cryptoassets, and Web3, with experience working with high growth companies in the execution of business plans and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complicated ideas and communicate them effectively to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive support and collaboration for projects at all levels.
  • Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize market opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Education and Certifications: University graduate preferred, with relevant technology, legal, or Crypto/Blockchain certifications.
  • Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English required.
