At Copeland, we are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to expand your technical and professional skills in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the engineering development process and collaborate with your team to meet project objectives and achievements.
  • Assist in resolving technical design and calculation criteria, and research and compile appropriate background information for the project.
  • Work with others to make products and processes better, and demonstrate initiative to tackle tough problems.
  • Adjust communication to fit the audience and the message, and anticipate the impact of new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
  • Experience and curiosity about engineering hardware and software development.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with working with hardware.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills.
