Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Install new HVAC systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair, with a strong background in residential and commercial systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on technical education and training.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as HVAC technology or engineering.
  • Certifications in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, such as NATE or R-410A.
  • Experience with energy-efficient HVAC systems and technologies, such as solar and geothermal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
