Job Summary

As a Sales Development Representative at Wayne Brothers, Inc, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase company sales and profit. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, and industry-relevant product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new customer accounts through cold calls, working potential customer lists, and contacting contractors in the area.
  • Maintain positive relations and increase business with current customers.
  • Accurately estimate materials needed and up sell.
  • Provide effective product presentation to customers.
  • Negotiate pricing levels with customers in a way that will encourage business and also maintain profitability.
  • Obtain and record current information on customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager the status of quotes and orders to ensure commitment to customers are being met.
  • Identify opportunities to build and sell formwork.
  • Oversee the formwork fabrication process.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Perform all assigned tasks, responsibilities, and related work processes in the safest possible manner, always ensuring that a safe, accident/incident-free work environment is maintained for all coworkers, clients, suppliers, etc. at all times.

Requirements
  • High school diploma / GED
  • 4 years of relevant product sales experience
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Industry relevant product knowledge - Required
  • Computer skills (typing, email, internet, Office / Excel) - Required

  • Forty to Fifty-hour work week - Frequently

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Valid driver's license - Required
  • OSHA 10-Hour Certification - Required; training provided by Wayne Brothers
