Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sales Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth by finding and acquiring new retailer partners in their territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities.

The successful candidate will focus on:

  • Generating new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our products/services
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
