Job Description

You will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse patient population requires a flexible and adaptable approach, using evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other treatment approaches.

You will work closely with external providers to coordinate care and provide excellent provider-patient alliances. Your duties will include:

  • Screening and assessing patients for common mental health disorders
  • Providing treatment for mental health conditions using evidence-based methods
  • Systematically tracking treatment response and monitoring patients for changes in clinical symptoms
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $85,000 per year, plus bonuses and incentives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Oregon
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in social work or clinical settings
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness
