About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Child and Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Trillium Family Services. As a mental health professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering therapeutic services to children, their families, schools, and communities.

Job Description

In this role, you will work with a caseload of 7-8 individuals, providing three hours of weekly therapy (individual and family) along with group therapy, utilizing evidence-based interventions. You will also rotate in the schedule as a Children's Emergency Safety Intervention Specialist and after-hours on-call therapist, sharing these duties amongst the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Rotate in the schedule as a Children's Emergency Safety Intervention Specialist and after-hours on-call therapist

Requirements

  • Completion of a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or another field
  • Eligibility for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage & family therapist
  • Previous work experience with children and/or adolescence
  • Experience at the QMHA or QMHP level (including internship and practicum experience) in an outpatient mental health treatment facility, hospital, residential or day treatment setting
