About the Role

EverCharge Inc. is a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, offering hardware and software solutions for fleets, multi-unit, and single-family homes. As our Vice President of Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing our company's operational activities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the company's operational activities, including construction project management, revenue forecasting, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the operational team to ensure high performance, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver measurable results.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership on operational performance, project status, and key metrics.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as a key liaison between operational functions and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing construction/installation and project management.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving organizational goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and lead change initiatives. In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational management.
