About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Ten Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that align with Ten Group's goals and individual employee needs.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives that meet business needs, including onboarding, skill-building, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with HR, department managers, and other stakeholders to align talent development efforts with the overall strategic objectives of Ten Group.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate innovative approaches into Ten Group strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and make adjustments as needed to meet evolving Ten Group needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Certifications (Optional but Beneficial) include: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM)
  • Bachelor's Degree especially in fields related to human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or education (Optional but Recommended)
