Debt Collection Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Revenue Team at Aleron. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for moving prospects through the sales process, from discovery calls to signed contracts. You will work closely with our top talent to ensure a smooth trial and onboarding process, and will be responsible for negotiating contract terms with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery calls to determine problems that the prospect is facing and present solutions with our products
- Guide prospects through the sales process, including software demos and trial onboarding
- Negotiate contract terms with prospects and drive consistent revenue growth
- Develop a true understanding of the ever-changing debt collection industry and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Attend trade shows and meet with clients and prospects to build relationships and drive sales growth
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of successful account executive experience
- Excellent phone, documenting, and listening skills
- Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
- Excellent follow-through skills and ability to learn from mistakes
