Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex auto claims, including total loss, collision, property damage liability, and comprehensive claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to resolve claims efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that claims are settled in a fair and timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations, ensuring that our team is equipped to handle complex claims

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred, and/or 1-2 years' experience as a Claims Representative or 5-7 years total customer service experience required
  • Licensing required in some states
  • Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems to handle/process claims
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a structured work environment
