Work ScheduleThis role typically operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment is necessary.
- Clinical experience of 2 years is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Computer literacy is required.
