Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team in WA. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction schedule and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Schedule and evaluate subcontractors' work
  • Complete homesites on schedule, ensuring all contract obligations are satisfied
  • Inspect and authorize payment of subcontractors
  • Manage customer experience throughout the construction process
  • Monitor community cleanliness and maintain a visually appealing worksite
  • Manage post-close process for warranty
  • Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive among designated communities
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents
  • Knowledge of municipal permitting, regulations, and building codes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multifamily builds
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
