  • We also implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI) to ensure a safe working environment.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring safety requirements at your sites and with your crew.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership.
  • Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership.
  • Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew.
  • Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort.
  • Upload closeout documentation to customer interfaces.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and actively train/promote learning to all crew members.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition.
  • Validate daily timesheets for Management.


About You

  • You have a strong commitment to safety and a track record of completing work with high quality.
  • You possess problem-solving skills and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work.
  • You are looking for long-term projects and enjoy working collaboratively with your team.
  • You hold a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), technical degree preferred.
  • You have at least 5 years of industry experience.
  • Possess a WSA certification is a plus.

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
