About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead our construction teams in delivering top-notch projects. As a Tower Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and driving project efficiency.


Job Description

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality.

  • Lead and manage construction teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement site-specific health and safety plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support project progress.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, and construction drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
